These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) establish the mutual rights, obligations, and liability of the Buyer and the Seller (MB “MYSTIC SPA”) when purchasing services or gift vouchers on the online store www.mysticspa.lt. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their agreement to these Terms.
1. Purchasing Services and Gift Vouchers
1.1. Purchase of Services:
When you purchase a specific service (e.g., a massage) online, you acquire the right to that service. To utilize it, you MUST contact the chosen salon by phone to reserve a convenient time for your visit in advance. Please have your order confirmation (digital copy on your phone is acceptable) with you during your visit.
1.2. Purchase of Gift Vouchers:
When purchasing a gift voucher, you acquire a voucher for a specific value or a specific service, which can be redeemed by the voucher holder.
1.3. Conclusion of Contract:
The purchase-sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart, indicates a delivery address (if applicable), selects a payment method, and clicks the “Pay” (Apmokėti) button.
2. Payment
2.1. Payment for services and gift vouchers can be made via electronic banking through the integrated Paysera payment system.
2.2. All payments are processed in Euros (EUR).
3. Delivery (Applicable to Gift Vouchers Only)
3.1. When purchasing a gift voucher, the Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:
3.1.1. Electronic Gift Voucher: After successful payment and verification by our administrator, the voucher is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer. This delivery method is free of charge. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder or contact us.
3.1.2. Self-Pickup at the Salon: The Buyer can pick up a printed gift voucher at the selected salon (“Mystic Massage Studio” or “Mystic Spa HUB”) during business hours, having arranged the arrival time in advance. This delivery method is free of charge.
3.1.3. Delivery via Parcel Terminal (Paštomatas): A printed Gift Voucher is sent to the parcel terminal specified in the Buyer’s notes or the one nearest to the provided address within 1-2 business days after payment receipt. Delivery price: 1.99 EUR.
4. Validity and Use of Services and Gift Vouchers
4.1. All services and gift vouchers purchased online are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Once the validity period expires, the service is considered rendered, and the gift voucher is no longer valid. Money for unused vouchers or services is not refundable.
4.3. Advance registration by phone is mandatory. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled visit and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the service will be considered rendered, and the gift voucher used.
4.4. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.5. If the price of the chosen service is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference is not refundable (except for the “Monetary Gift Voucher,” where the remaining balance can be used for a future visit).
4.6. If the price of the chosen service is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the difference can be paid at the salon.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. In accordance with Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for services or gift vouchers purchased remotely within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract by notifying the Seller in writing via email at mysticspavilnius@gmail.com.
5.2. Refunds are only issued for unused gift vouchers or services that have not expired.
5.3. The Buyer cannot exercise the right of return if the service has already been provided or the voucher has been used.
5.4. When returning a printed gift voucher received via a parcel terminal, shipping costs are not refunded to the Buyer.
5.5. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the written request, transferring the money to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Personal data provided by the Buyer (name, surname, address, email address, phone number) is used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and direct marketing (if the Buyer has consented to it).

7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms valid at the time of placing the order apply to the Buyer.
7.2. All disagreements arising from the execution of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
